In order to move forward with your loan, we will require ALL the documentation below before we can proceed.

Please ensure you send all information in one email to myself, apart from the bank statements which can be sent using the button below. Information sent separately may be lost or outdated by the time we receive everything which will mean we will then need you to send through updated information for a second time.

🔵 Drivers Licence (Front & Back), Medicare Card and Passport or Birth Certificate 

🔵 Latest Two Pay Slips 

🔵 Latest ATO Notice of Assessment

🔵 Latest PAYG Summary

🔵 Rental Letter or 6 months rental statement from Licenced Real Estate Agent, Property Manager or               Landlord (If Applicable)

🔵 3 Months Transactional Banking Statement for All Accounts – please use the below link, as we obtain           what we require

🔵 3 Months Transactional Banking Statement for All Debts, including Personal Loans, Car Loans, Credit           Cards, Store Cards, etc.  – please use the below link

🔵 Complete and executed copies of any and all of your existing loan contracts with any lenders,                     specifying the account name(s), the purpose of the loan and the accompanying loan details,                       including the minimum repayment sums and the accompanying fees and charges (Keystart Loans Only)

🔵 Current Rates Notice 

🔵 If Self Employed - 2 Years Personal Tax Return and Correlating ATO Notice of Assessments

🔵 If Self Employed - Two Years Tax Returns for all Entities (Company, Trust or Self-Managed Super             Funds)

🔵 If Self Employed - Two Years Profit and Loss Statements

**Please bear in mind that we may require further information/documentation just before we submit your application to the lender.
